Římský apartmán Spartakus

ubytování a poloha apartmánu byla v pořádku,Nelíbily se mi hlasité noční debaty opilých lidí stojicí přímo pod našimi okny. Bohužel ani jednu noc jsme se pořádně nevyspali.

Some facilities (toilet seat, shower head, fridge temperature control) were broken or damaged - not terrible but minor inconveniences in an otherwise well appointed apartment.

The water heater in the bathroom is very noisy, interferes with sleep.

the apartment was tired - needs to be repainted. Also a large number of the light bulbs had blown.

Although I was satisfied with the overall service delivered during my stay I was disappointed with 2 issues that occured. 1. I was assured that someone would be in the office from 9am to check us in. It was close to 9.45am before someone arrived. Leaving us waiting on the street with all our luggage. 2. Was notified during check in that our apartment was not available? (Plumbing issues). Could notification of this come to us earlier and not on arrival? Other than the 2 above "hiccups" our stay was great and the staff made efforts to accomodate whereever possible.
